The rivalry between other animals has been going on for millions and millions of years. Some of the best fighters are dogs. Strays have to hunt and protect themselves, while owned dogs have comfort and warmth. Strays can be skinny to the bone, while Owned dogs are always well fed. Learn how it is to be happy and safe or sad and in danger. Learn to be a stray or a owned dog. and learn to survive the Streets Of Maine.

Rei jumped and pulled at his leash which was connected to a chain collar he loved. Running as far the leash would let him his owner laughed. Bending down to un-hock his lesh they petted him making him growl a sweet pup one. Looking up his big brown eyes shone with a puppy like eager nice. Mike his owner took out a big flying disc and though it with all his might toward the South Beach. Looking back his owner nodded. The new what that meant. He could run all day but when his owner called he hand to come back. Letting out a few barks he ran along the ocean his paws hardly getting wet, with a carefree grin.

Starnile was on a Diamond-sudded leash with a fancy collar on. She saw Rei and immedialty started whining. Carmen let her off the leash. She barked once and flew into the ocean with Rei. Looking back, she saw Carmen and Cory talking with Rei's owners.

"Hi!" She said cheerily. "My name is Starnile. What's yours?" She hoped the Boxer would be friendly. They seemed about the same age...

Starnile giggled. "Of course!" She grabbed the seaweed away from Rei and ran off with it, howling "Catch me if you can!" Carmen and Cory started to laugh. Pleased, she ran faster and faster, howling with hapiness.

Rei nodded and chanced after Starnile barking along with her. Still the pup had a mean steak trying to take the seaweed away from her. He bit her face hard making it bleed. Scared Rei didn't let go.

Starnile yelped in pain and fear. She thought the pup was nice! Wailing, ahe cought the attention of Carmen. Carmen made a sad, shocked sound, running over to pick Starnile up. Whimpering, she was cleaned up with a tissue.
